"This was the first remote healing session, in the past I’ve had hands on sessions, however I wasn’t prepared to travel this time. There were elements of my life that were making me feel drained and stressed to the point that my mind was overloaded with negative thoughts and I was functioning on survival mode, which is not healthy on either the mind or the body in the long-term. I asked Sarah to cut these cords which she did, and she also did a deep dive into the reasons why these cords were holding me prisoner. She confirmed what I already knew to be true - even though I hadn’t revealed these details when I made the booking. She also provided new information about my current situation, and it all made sense. After the session I slept the whole night which doesn’t happen very often. During the day my body felt lighter, my mind was sharp and I also felt a new sense of confidence.
