My 6-Step Program to Reclaim Peace is designed to help you release frustration, resentment, anger, and overwhelm that may be holding you back or keeping you stuck. This program includes a blend of breathing, grounding, and mindfulness techniques to help you improve your quality of life and find peace. This will lead you to the final step where I have recorded a powerful guided meditation that will help you release deeply rooted, trapped and supressed memories and emotions that will help you feel lighter, more peaceful and loving. How My Mindfulness Techniques Work Together Awareness → interrupts the emotional loop Breathing → calms the body Grounding → quiets the mind Release → clears emotional buildup Choice → builds a new pattern Meditation → releases trapped emotions You can follow these techniques and return to this mediation as many times as you like as each journey will offer you a different experience, depending on what your mind, body and spirit are ready to release. It’s a powerful practice to use in between our sessions, helping you to deepen the work, strengthen your awareness, and fully integrate the person you are becoming.
